We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the delivery of Energisation projects to join the team in our Manchester office working on commercial projects, principally Substations, Utility connections and Logistic Developments.

​Applicants should have:

• Have good experience and skills in qualitative research methods in the context of behaviour change and/or behavioural science
• Have proven project management and leadership experience – with strong client handling skills and an ability to coordinate a research team and deliver work on time and budget
• Have a keen interest in Government behaviour change work – projects to understand behaviour and design interventions and strategies for change
• Have strong organisational skills – are confident in managing time, meeting deadlines and working both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Like being with and advising clients on project issues and working with others to share learnings and best practice
•  Are ambitious and interested in innovation and creative thinking – excited by learning curves and being challenged

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills – preparing deliverables that are engaging, authoritative and insightful

Salary is dependent on experience.
